The show Swim Team is about the life of the swimmers and how they achieve success and glory in their lives. Previously the show was as Valley High and then changed the name to Swim Team. As the title denotes, the show is about a team consisting of aspiring swimmers and their dreams. The story revolves around a coach who works with dedication to make the team win the winning trophy. The story is similar to the story of the popular movie, Chak De India. The role of the coach is played by Amit, who shows his excellent acting skills in this show. Pooja plays the role of the girl friend of Amit. The show clearly explains the realities in the field of sports and how many hurdles have to be overcome to reach the victory point. Swim Team has been considered as an unique show form Channel V.
