Main Naa Bhoolungi is a story of cheating. Shikha is a smart independent woman, from the family of Sameer approached Sikha's family for marriage. Samee is a businessman.They got married. They have child Manav. But twist arrive when Sikha came to know Sameer is not he is he is a cheater named Aditya and already have a wife. Aditya tries to kill her and their son.
