The story revolves around a girl with dreams of becoming a big artiste. The serial is also known as 'Ek Ladki Deewani Si'. The leading role named Lakshmi played by Nikita is about the dream of a girl and she wants to be the leading artiste in Navrang Studios. It is run by Sarins, a prestigious family. Lakshmi comes to Mumbai to make it big. But there is another girl Ayesha, who is scared that Lakshmi will overtake her skills. The enmity is created and the rest of the story is about the win by the deserved candidate.
The serial is one more to the list of the serials which is eagerly awaited every day. It makes the audience sit glued to the Television during the telecast.
