About the show :

This is a devotional non fiction program. It features Lakshmi Srinivas Guruji who is a renowned Mudra - Yoga Expert. It has three segments. In first segment he will discuss about a particular disease, symptoms etc. Mudra Yoga is demonstrated in second part, in the last segment he will describe all the powerful shlokas related to cure the disease. Every Monday to Saturday 8.30 AM you can watch it only on Zee Kannada.
